1) Tudor House
The Tudor House, a fusion of classic and contemporary design is attached with a Glasshouse lounge nestled in the Pines forest. The spacious master bedroom has a private coffee corner and a reading area with a clear view of the Sto. Tomas Hills.
The spacious guest room is overlooking the pine trees and garden. There’s also a double decker room and a spacious attic suite with a sky roof that allows the sunrise and forest view.
The Space
The Tudor House is the main house of the Gated and Guarded estate of Tudor in the Pines. Attached with a Glasshouse Lounge and surrounded by forestry, it has a master’s bedroom with a cozy nook, a private coffee area and a glass enclosure that vividly displays the sunset behind cordilleran mountains.
It also has a spacious guest room that overlook the grand garden and pine forest. There is also a double decker room, and a quadruple suite in the attic with a mini library, a floating view deck, and a glass dormer that highlights the sunrise above a 180-degree view of the forests.
This home can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 10 guests (adults and children above 2 years old).
Guest Access
Tudor House guests also have access to our home’s Glasshouse Lounge, dining hall, and full kitchen, whole garden area with a bonfire pit/ BBQ pit (firewood can be purchased).
*Exclusivity of the Glasshouse Lounge, main dining hall, and full kitchen is only limited from 3:00pm to 12:00pm.
*During the hours of 12:00pm to 3:00pm, the Glasshouse Lounge becomes a waiting area open to all guests checking in the Tudor in the Pines property.
*Property personnel : caretaker and security guard, and hosts and owners have 24hr access to the Glasshouse Lounge, kitchen, and dining hall.
2) Twin Glass Tree Houses
Dwelling amongst the pine trees across a hanging bridge and timber deck 30 feet above the ground is quite an experience for the adventurous.
The only Twin Glass Treehouse in Baguio. It consists of 2 treehouses attached by a timber deck.
The Space
Immerse yourselves among the fresh pine trees across the hanging bridge or dine in the timber deck, 30 feet above the ground, a truly unique experience for the adventurous.
The Twin Glass Treehouse is comprised of 2 treehouses connected by a timber deck.
Within the Gated and Guarded estate of Tudor in the Pines, the twin treehouse can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 guests.
The south treehouse features a full view of expansive pine tree forests.
The north treehouse features an intimate view of our private mountain.
Guest Access
The Treehouse guests have exclusive access to the hanging bridge and treehouse timber deck.
Each treehouse features a cozy living space, king-sized bed, shower with sky view, and grand garden and forest sights.
3) Forest Terrace
The Forest Terrace below the Tudor House is entered through a garden tunnel. The cozy living and dining room blends in perfectly with a fully equipped kitchen.
The entire house has a panoramic view of the garden and pines forest.
Decorated with many huge oil paintings, the Forest Terrace will be a delight to the art enthusiast.
The Space
The Forest Terrace is our subterranean designer home with its entry hidden at the end of the garden tunnel.
After going beneath ground level and entering through the main door, you still find yourself among the trees of the forest and flooded with natural light.
This home inside the gated and guarded estate of Tudor in the Pines contains 2 guest bedrooms and a master’s bedroom, all featuring spectacular panoramic views, and can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 6 guests (adults and children above 2 years old).
Guest Access
Forest Terrace guests have exclusive use of their own private kitchen, dining room, living room, and private viewings of huge artistic masterpieces.
4) Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace below the Royal Cottage is a contemporary designers home which features a huge timber deck encased in glass with a full view of the sky, garden and man made waterfalls.
The Space
The Garden Terrace is our spacious subterranean home with a huge timber deck encased in glass and stone with a full view of our private garden and mountain along our rock path.
This home within the gated and guarded estate of Tudor in the Pines has 2 bedrooms with huge panoramic doors, and can comfortably accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 guests (adults and children above 2 years old).
Guest Access
The Garden Terrace guests have exclusive use of their own private kitchen, dining room, and living room.
With a size able timber deck and full view of the garden and sky, this home features transformable spaces which extends areas, allowing you to sleep under the stars, wake up in the ambiance of a foggy morning, or immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty of the garden and mountain.
5) Royal Cottage
Another medieval inspired lodging, the Royal Cottage is accessible through a stone archway and a black gallery decorated with oil paintings and collectible items.
It has 2 luxurious bedrooms attached with a cozy day bed. Perfect for the romantics and family. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining hall.
It’s special feature is the private long bath area.
The Space
Through the stone archway and the black gallery showcasing family antiques, the Royal Cottage is our cozy luxury home with wide panoramic backdrops of our lavish pine forest, high ceilings, and elegant interior detailing.
This home, which is within the gated and guarded estate of Tudor in the Pines accommodates a MAXIMUM of 6 guests, contains two bedrooms with king-size beds and a Day bed.
Perfect for a romantic getaway for couples or family bonding.
